Contract Carrier Program

To become a contract carrier for MacroTransport, we will need the following information.

1. Copy of your most recent insurance certificate. This certificate must have $100,000 in cargo coverage and $1,000,000 in auto liability coverage. The carriers name must match the name on the Federal operating authority. MacroTransport must be the certificate holder.
    
2. We will need a copy of your federal operating authority. This must have your legal company name and the MC number on it. If you have re-entitled, MacroTransport will need both the re-entitlement and the original authorities.
    
3. Once we have received this information we will send you a contract and an extensive informational packet asking information regarding your company. This is very important to fill out completely so we can send you information in the future regarding loads, services and other information that will help MacroTransport and you provide services to the marketplace.
